Windermere

My ultimate, luxury Wedding planning assistance, on the day co-ordination, music, hosting, toasting and dancing package! Literally, all the good stuff and the best bang for your buck!
I'll support you and help you plan your entire Wedding, every element, every step of the way. I’ll help you find your dream venue, source Wedding suppliers and give you my recommendations based on personal experience and help you manage that budget!

We'll meet and enjoy at least one face to face consultation with coffee and cake, usually at your venue.
We'll speak regularly by phone, WhatsApp and FaceTime, especially perfect for non-local or international clients.
We’ll quickly establish a lovely working relationship, you’ll feel assured that your in safe hands, you’ll feel confident that everything will run smoothly, on time and according to plan, and most likely remain friends after the big day!

On the day, I'll check-in with you nice and early to see how you both are, I'll be your personal “Concierge” and always be on hand to help you with anything you need. I’ll be there to shine shoes, straighten-up those buttonholes and to round-up those guests. I’ll support your venue with coordination assistance as required, be your event host and assume responsibility for all Master of Ceremony/Toastmaster duties, ensuring everything runs properly and without fuss.
I’ll professionally manage your important ceremony music, ensuring your grand bridal entrance is perfect!
As your Master of Ceremonies / Toastmaster i’ll support and encourage your wedding breakfast speakers and ensure the speeches are enjoyed by all. I’m a great mentor for nervous Grooms!

I'll manage ALL your music needs all day and supply all necessary equipment and then I'll host a fabulous evening reception party as your Wedding DJ at night!

(BONUS - A major benefit to this package is that most of the fabulous venues I regularly attend usually allow me to discreetly set-up some of my evening reception equipment through the day, saving valuable time and greatly reducing that painful lull period between the end of the Wedding Breakfast and the start of the evening reception. Consider also that Weddings usually run a little late, i’ll be ready to rock the second that last dessert spoon hits the table! LULL BUSTED!)

I'll be your Wedding evening reception Host & DJ!

I'll liaise with you by phone, WhatsApp or Zoom and send out some forms for you to complete to get a good feel for your music requirements, including all your guest requests. (I’ll take these on the night too!)
I’ll check-in with your venue and coordinate my arrival, set-up and take-down times, then i’ll manage everything from the cake-cutting, the father and daughter dance, the grand entrance, the first dance, the last dance, and ALL the dance floor shenanigans in-between by using the right equipment to create a brilliant party atmosphere and playing the right music at the right time, to ensure you and your guests are properly entertained!
My sound and lighting equipment is new, modern, premium and designed for Weddings.

Grasmere

Ok, so you love the sound of my planning and hosting services….but you fancy a BAND! (Or a different DJ?!!)

It’s no problem….I like bands too! :)

My Grasmere package offers you all the luxury benefits of my Windermere package but without the entertainment, its as simple as that. You may feel that you’d like my support through the planning process and on the day as your Co-ordinator and Host / Toastmaster, but have your heart set on that band, this package is the answer.

I’ll support you (and your entertainers) throughout the whole day and evening, coordinating their set-up and take-down and payment if necessary, the evening food service, problem drunks, taxi’s, and I’ll remain at your celebration until the very last carriage has left.

I’ll ensure that you and your brand new spouse (and your possessions including any children, dogs, gifts and cards full of money!) make it back to your accommodation safely and that the party finishes on time and without incident. I’ll even walk/feed the Dog and get the Alka-Seltzer ready…
